Created in 5 days for the Scribble Jam, FSL is a platform speedrunning game with a simple objective: reach the flag at the end of each level without getting dunked on by the enemies or the environment!

Deflect projectiles with your sword, slow time to make a difficult jump easier or to dodge obstacles, or just try to figure out how to skip half the level to improve your time.

Don't worry, it's not like I worked hard to make the levels fun and interesting or anything.

There are eight levels in total, and the game has a built-in timekeeping system that will show your completion time at the end — the timer can also be toggled off during gameplay if you prefer a more exploratory or relaxing gaming experience.

In addition to the Scribble/Doodle theme, a challenge was also presented to participating devs: All text in the game must be in a made-up language! Alongside (hopefully) helpful diagrams and symbols, there are runes in the game used by the enemies to cast their spells and to denote particularly dangerous things. Yay, no subtitles!
